This option includes a 3 x 3 x 2.1m canvas bow tent, with 2 director chairs on the outside. On the inside are 2 stretchers with 2 mattresses, a bedside table, and an LED battery-powered light. A full bedding set with a flat sheet, fitted sheet, comforter, pillow with pillow case, and an extra fleece blanket. It also includes a communal bedouin tent for daily breakfast and a safe communal braai area. The tent village has private luxury mobile toilets with flush porcelain toilets and toilet paper. Temporary hot showers consists of a 3x4m gazebo bathroom with a table and basin. A supervisor and janitors will be there the entire weekend making sure everything runs smooth and is clean.

Enjoy a full weekend of camping outdoors, included in your weekend pass at designated camp areas on the farm. You’re allowed to set up your tent / caravan / camp trailer with own portable shower at this campsite. Mobile bathroom facilities with toiletpaper and cold showers will be available. Take note that there will be water points, but no electricity points. Gas is allowed for cooking. A designated camping block is available for disabled persons; please contact us in advance to arrange it.
For an additional fee, you can enjoy the comfort of arriving at a fully set up tent village for the weekend. Each 3 x 3 x 2.1m canvas bow tent has two stretchers with mattresses and fresh linen. It also includes daily breakfast, private ablution, hot showers, and janitors to keep everything clean. Ideal for sharing between friends or for fathers and sons during the conference.
